Please park your motorbikes at the the parking lot, then go to Block C, get in the elevator and go to floor 13, Apartment 1.

- Whenever customers reach the bill of 500.000đ (value can be added up over time
within 6 months), you can be our Silver VIP member. Silver VIP members will get
5% discount for each next shopping.
- Whenever customers(including Silver VIP member) reach the bill of 1.000.000đ
(value can be added up over time within 6 months), you can be our GOLD VIP
member. These members will get 10% discount for each next shopping.
- Direct Customers are always gifted with 5% discount card for the next purchase.

your house within 48 hours. Notification about delivery will be applied.
**For indirect shopping:

place your order (Order should include full name, full address, phone contact, order in details with products' name and quantity) and send back to us at: charma.vn@gmail.com.
- Our staff will contact you for more details.
- Customers can pay to us through bank transfers or visit us and pay directly.
- Charma produces your orders.
